XS?Pneumatic Ship Unloader
Bulk suction machine and pneumatic bulk handling systems are pneumatic conveying equipment used for unloading bulk materials (powder and granular) on ships (trucks).
The bulk cargo aspirator consists of the suction nozzle, hydraulic suction arm, separation discharging equipment,roots blower (vacuum pump), electronic control system, etc.The materials can be sent to the bulk material silo (warehouse) directly or through the conveying machinery. The pneumatic conveying system for bulk materials consists of negative pressure pneumatic conveying equipment (suction nozzle, hydraulic suction arm, separation device, roots blower or vacuum pump), positive pressure pneumatic conveying equipment (bin pump, combination pump, air compressor) and electric control system.
The mechanism: the negative pressure is created by Roots blower (vacuum pump), and the material is mixed with a certain amount of air inside the suction nozzle, and then conveyed to the separation devices via the conveyance pipe on the suction arm. After being separated from the air, the material settles to be conveyed out by the conveyance machine; or,it enters the positive pressure conveyance device and is conveyed into the bulk cargo silo (warehouse) via the conveyance pipes with the positive pressure created by the air compressor. Meanwhile, the clean air is emitted from the exhaustion pipe on the top of the separator, and then into the atmosphere from the exhaustion outlet of the Roots blower (vacuum pump).
