Pneumatic Ship Unloader

The pneumatic ship unloader is composed of suction nozzle, hydraulic machinery suction arm, separation unloading device, air source machine, electric control system, etc. Its working principle is to use an air source machine to generate negative pressure, mix the material with a certain amount of air through the suction nozzle, and then send it to the separation device through the conveying pipe on the suction arm. After the material is separated from the air, it falls into the air shutoff unloader and enters the subsequent conveying system.

Pneumatic ship unloaders are divided into track moving, tire moving, fixed, and ship mounted fixed types, which can suck powder and granular materials such as cement, mineral powder, coal ash, alumina, grains, fertilizers, etc.

The production capacity can be designed to be 50-400TPH, suitable for unloading bulk materials of 500-5000DWT ship types. The entire unloading process is closed, green and environmentally friendly, and can achieve remote control, automatic operation, and fault warning management.
