??Screw Unloader
The screw unloader is composed of a feeder, a vertical screw conveyor, a horizontal screw conveyor, a rotating steel support part, an electric control system, and a hydraulic auxiliary system. Its working principle is that the feeder rotates while penetrating into the interior of the material, collecting the material through counterclockwise rotation and allowing it to enter the vertical screw conveyor. The vertical conveyor lifts the material to the horizontal screw conveyor by rotating it clockwise. The material is transported to the tower's rotary center and then sent to the subsequent conveying system through the vertical chute inside the tower.
The screw unloaders currently have rail mobile, tire mobile, fixed, and ship mounted types. Suitable for unloading materials such as cement, mineral powder, coal, grains, fertilizers, etc. from docks. The production capacity can be designed to be 150-1500 TPH.
The screw unloader is commonly used for unloading bulk materials on 1000-5000DWT ships. It is efficient and environmentally friendly. It can achieve remote control, automatic operation, and fault warning management.
